Myanna is well qualified to be a judge
Having been a practicing attorney and a member of the State Bar of California in good standing for more than 10 years, Myanna is qualified to run for judge in California. She is also licensed to practice law in South Dakota. The Los Angeles Times noted that she is “bright and capable.” The Metropolitan News-Enterprise wrote that “[s]he has a brilliant mind and ideal judicial demeanor.”
For good reason, the American Bar Association finds that professors with as good qualifications as Myanna (see c.v.) can and should be judges. Many excellent judges come from non-trial backgrounds both in California and on the federal bench, including the United States Supreme Court. See recommendations here and here.
